Fundraising

Doxa Journeys a program of a non-profit organization called YOUTH UNLIMITED. All participants of Doxa Journeys are responsible for fundraising the total cost of their trip. Of course, we function in teams and so no one is alone while trying to fundraise. We, as leadership, expect each participant to participated in individual and group fundraising efforts and will provide you with the support and resources to do so. We trust that this will also be a valuable part of your learning experience with Doxa Journeys.

We also encourage you, as participants, to begin saving money of your own to put towards this opportunity. It’s important that this experience ‘costs’ you something as well, so you may fully understand that serving requires some sacrifice. Giving of your own resources also creates ownership and responsibility. As a team, you will discuss how to use Support Letters, and Business Letters in your fundraising efforts.
