You must be willing to commit to two team meetings per month & fundraising efforts! 

Read over and discuss this project with your parent/guardian, talk to your youth leader or teacher.

Fill out the initial application form found inside this brochure and return it to Melissa asap. 

A deposit cheque of $200 is due at our first meeting. 

There are limited spots available on these teams. You do not have to pay the full cost upfront as we will be fundraising as a team, but meeting deadlines, maturity, and commitment to monthly participation will be considered in the application process.

This might mean missing a sports practice, music lesson, etc. If that is the case you will need to decide whether or not you can commit to these requirements or sign up next year when your schedule may clear.
